Discount Policy:
Special rates will not apply during Thimphu Tshechu and Paro Tshechu two days prior and two days
after.

Reservation Policy:
1. Reservation should be done on written via email to Lhaki Yangchak Residency:
[email protected] .Verbal communication for reservation will not be valid.

Cancellation Policy:
1.  Before 30 days of arrival will be charged 20% of the invoice amount.
2.  Before 15 to 30 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the invoice amount.
3.  Before 15 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the invoice amount.
4.  Cancellation to be submitted to Lhaki Yangchak Residency reservation in written:
[email protected] for any uncertainty.
5.  Verbal communication for cancellation will not be valid.

Billing and Payment Policy:
1.  Credit for FIT to be extended up to Nu. 100,000 (One Lakh). Once the billing has been processed,
payment is to be cleared within 5 (Five) working days.
2.  Credit for Group booking after checkout, payment to be done within 10 (Ten) days, from checkout. (5
rooms and above will be considered as Group Booking).
3.  All bills raised by the hotel will be in Ngultrum (Bhutanese Currency)
4.  Payment via bank transfer or mBOB has to be intimated to Lhaki Yangchak Residency.
5.  Reservation/Accounts via email to ensure to collect the receipt.
6.  Note: No cash payment will be entertained. All payments are to be deposited into the Lhaki Yangchak
Account via cheque or bank transfer.

No Show Policy:
1.  100% of the invoice amount will be charged on No show.
2.  A reservation is considered a ‘No show’ if the arrival does not occur on the date reserved and Hotel is
not informed in writing of any emergency delay
